What Does “Refresh” Mean?
A refresh is a set of light repairs and updates done before a home is listed. It isn’t a full remodel. The goal is to fix the things buyers notice first, so the home looks clean, cared for and ready to show.
That usually means things like fresh paint, repaired or replaced flooring, a deep clean and small fixes around the house. It doesn’t mean tearing out kitchens or changing the layout.
For homes that have been lived in for many years, or that have been left empty after an estate, a refresh can make a big difference in how the home looks in photos and showings.
